The Hispanic dropout rate in the same article stands at about 50% or half of Hispanic high school students.

The Foundation begins with achieving with academic success in high school, progressing to successful admission to college, and ending with entry into career fields. The Foundation aims to help these young women enhance their leadership, thinking, communication, and personal management skills as they prepare to become productive citizens for the global, high-tech American society of the 21st century.
